DENISE LAPOINTE (Quebec)  With over 30 years of experience, Denise Lapointe has successfully provided French and English Sales Training and Development strategies to many of  Canada’s top sales organizations. Ms. Lapointe has a background in arts, language and education, with degrees from Université du Québec à Montréal and a Diploma from University of Granada, Spain. Ms. Lapointe is an exceptional facilitator with proven strengths in sales, negotiation, communication, team building, and interpersonal skills. Formerly a top facilitator with Xerox Learning Systems, Ms. Lapointe is a member of the the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has developed an international career delivering Managing Performance for Unesco in Paris, Beirut and Dakar and with a UN organization, ECA (Economic Commission for Africa) developing a High Performance Teams in Kigali, Rwanda.
