A typical Quota exercise is tailored to take delegates through ten steps involved in the sales process and the competencies needed at each step in an interactive and fun manner. This experiential learning exercise lasts a day, and up to twenty people participate in a dynamic, competitive and enjoyable experience.

Where does Quota come from?

Quota was founded in Canada by Earl Robertson who has had significant success with it both in the Canadian and US marketplaces. Forming a partnership with Earl to bring Quota Sales to UK has been the first step in responding to the needs of businesses.

Who we are?

Martin Allison and Paul Bridle have both had years of experience in business from small start up enterprises to major corporate and international business. Both of us are dedicated to learning and value the importance of continuous learning and investing in people. Our aim was to bring something of value that would help businesses improve their sales performance and provide ongoing support to a sales team, delivered through existing industry-leading sales professionals.

Who will use the Quota Sales Performance programme?

1. Larger organisations with an existing sales force
Quota Sales can be adapted and modified to meet the needs of major corporate organisations. Some larger companies choose to focus on certain competencies and the Quota exercise is modifiable to meet those specific needs. The programme can be delivered by qualified in-house trainers or provided by a licensed facilitator.

2. Licensed Sales Professionals serving existing clients
For the professional sales trainer who wishes to use the Quota Sales exercise and accompanying tools, then an attractive licensed distributorship package is available. This can compliment your existing services or this could be the start of your own business providing development in sales.
